My account managers Alejandra and Valentina are fabulous to work with. They are able to fill any open position quickly and with the right person which is not easy at all in any market. They are also great at showing appreciation to the staff to keep them motivated. They truly care about the hotels they work with and the staff that they employ. Working with Heart of House Hospitality has made my job so much easier.
Anytime I have any issues or concerns Nereida is there a call away and she listens to my concerns and resolves my concerns and issues right away without any problems. All of the team members she has sent me have been great.

Supervisors are heavily involved in day-to-day operations, planning, scheduling, and employee management, and, along with the rest of Heart of the House staff, are essential to a smooth-running operation and are looked upon as being part of the hotel family.
We have a great relationship with all the housekeepers we utilize, and we are confident everyone will show up for their shifts and give us 100% in room cleanliness. When our occupancy grows and we need more staff, we know we can count on Heart of the House Hospitality to get us candidates ready to work.
