President’s Club recognizes top performers for 2023. Winners will join leadership for a fun company excursion to Miami in November!

While most winners will be chosen based on revenue and performance, but there are two special categories where you get to nominate who wins!

Those categories are:

• The Extra Mile Award, Heart of the House Operations
• The Extra Mile Award, Servantex Corporate

The Extra Mile Award, available to Heart of the House Operations and Servantex Corporate Staff, is based on living our company values and going above and beyond expectations.

Who should you nominate?

Think of a team member who has gone the extra mile to help you, an associate, or a client. It could be someone who has supported you, inspired you, or just someone you think deserves to be recognized for providing incredible service and upholding our values. Be sure to tell us exactly why you think this person deserves to win the Extra Mile Award. What makes them special to you?

Who should I NOT nominate?

Executive Leadership, Regional Directors, National Team Directors and Servantex Department Heads will all be attendance and should not be nominated.  

Can I nominate more than one person?

You can nominate one person for each category (for a total of two). You may have several teammates in mind, but please narrow it down to one per category (that might be hard, we know!). Please fill out the form separately for each nomination.

When are nominations due?

The deadline to submit nominations is 9/21!
