Terms & conditions

1. Eligibility and Expiration of Promo Rates
1.1. Upon Customer’s execution of a 2025 Promo Quote, Customer shall receive (i) a promo markup for Standard Rates and (ii) discounted “Training Rates” (as set forth in the Promo Quote) for the first five (5) days worked by any new Worker assigned to the Customer’s property. Standard Rates are those rates not designated as “training” on the 2025 Promo Quote.
1.2. All Bill Rates (including Training Rates and Standard Rates) specified in a 2025 Promo Quote are valid only through December 31, 2025.
1.3. To continue services beyond that date, Customer must execute a new quote with updated rates effective January 1, 2026. If customer does not sign Quote with new rates on or before January 1, 2026, HotHH may immediately cease providing all Services, without and notice or liability to Customer, until a new Quote is executed or otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Promo Limitations
2.1. Training Rate only applies to new Workers who are assigned to Customer for the first time between the date of Customer’s signature on the Promo Quote and December 31, 2025. Workers already assigned to the Customer’s property prior to the execution of the Promo Quote (if any) are not eligible for the Training Rate, and no retroactive discounts or credits will be issued for such Workers.
2.2. Beginning on the sixth (6th) day of assignment, the applicable “Standard Rate” identified in the 2025 Promo Quote shall apply.
2.3. The Training Rate applies only to the first eight (8) hours worked per day during the first five (5) days of assignment. Any hours worked beyond eight (8) hours in a single day will be billed at the Standard Rate. Workers subject to the Training Rate shall not work Overtime Hours during the first week of assignment, unless expressly agreed in writing. However, in the event overtime is worked during the first week with Training hours, then all overtime hours, as defined by applicable law, will be billed at the overtime rates specified in the Services Agreement.
2.4. If a Worker does not complete at least 10 days of assignment at the Customer’s property, the Training Rate shall be forfeited and all hours worked by the Worker will be billed at the Standard Rate.
2.5. Training Rates will only apply through December 31, 2025. Beginning January 1, 2026, all hours worked by new or existing Workers will be billed at the Standard Rate (or Overtime Rate, if appliable). However, if a Worker started their assignment on or before December 31, 2025 and had not completed the 5 days at the Training Rate prior to January 1, 2026, then Training Rate will apply
for that Worker for their first five (5) days on assignment.

3. Governing Terms
These Terms and Conditions supplement the Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall govern. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Services Agreement. Headings are for reference purposes only and shall not be deemed part of these Terms & Conditions.
