Andres was nominated by Regional Director, Gina Azer, for leading our Washington D.C. in the pursuit of COVID-19 safety and client satisfaction.
How long have you worked for Heart of the House?
I’ve been with the Heart of the House Family since January 2019.
What is your favorite thing about working at Heart of the House?
My favorite thing about working with this amazing family is that we practice “People First. Safety First.” Also, the opportunity to grow professionally.
What do you love most about supporting the hospitality industry?
The satisfaction of seeing happy faces in our clients, team members, and managers.
How are you helping our hospitality associates and clients?
Helping our associates is our top priority. Our team takes care of them and earns their trust. We treat every associate like family and work hard to exceed our clients’ expectations. I feel this this make us different from our competitors.
What does People First | Safety First mean to you?
It means the health and safety of our clients and associates is our number one priority.
