How long have you worked for Heart of the House?

I’ve been with the Heart of the House Family since July 2019.

What is your favorite thing about working at Heart of the House?

It’s an amazing feeling knowing I work for a company who mirrors my personal core values and truly stands by their model “People First. Safety First.” More than just a team, we are a family who supports one another.

What do you love most about supporting the hospitality industry?

Hospitality has been a great passion of mine for over 10 years. I have been fortunate enough to have worn multiple hats throughout my career in the industry. And now I have the opportunity to exceed our clients’ expectations of a staffing company, as I have been in their shoes before.

How are you helping our hospitality associates?

More than just an employer, we are providing opportunities and a sense of belonging to our associates who are more than grateful—they are our loyal family. And that to me is the true meaning of hospitality, leadership, and reward.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Not many professionals have the chance to say they love what they do and do what they love in their career, but I do and that I thank Heart of the House! Thank you and together we will continue putting people and safety first!
