My account managers Alejandra and Valentina are fabulous to work with. They are able to fill any open position quickly and with the right person which is not easy at all in any market. They are also great at showing appreciation to the staff to keep them motivated. They truly care about the hotels they work with and the staff that they employ. Working with Heart of House Hospitality has made my job so much easier.

Our site manager, Jose Alejandro, has developed an exceptional relationship between Hyatt and Heart of the House. He is consistently accessible and offers solutions for the hotel whenever necessary.

I am always able to reach the Heart of the House team and work through any staffing concerns we may have. I have worked with Alex, Alicia and Joshua. Heart of the House has a great team. Kevin and Catalina respond very quickly to our inquiries and needs.  They always check up on us and the employees.

We have reduced the number of 3rd parties servicing Housekeeping. You continue to be one we rely on. This reflects the positive partnership.
