Anytime I have any issues or concerns Nereida is there a call away and she listens to my concerns and resolves my concerns and issues right away without any problems. All of the team members she has sent me have been great.
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your commitment to meeting our needs this past weekend. You kept in touch with us throughout the week in regards to cancellations, and you provided extra staff for us at the last minute. This weekend was a huge deal for us and your team did AMAZING! Everyone looked sharp and stayed focused during the most elaborate dinner service we’ve ever executed. The hotel leadership team and ownership were very impressed!
In 2018, prior to the start of Heart of the House, we finished the year 4.8 points lower than the brand average in our cleanliness of rooms scores. In 2019, two months after Heart of the House started with us, our scores jumped 10 points. In 2020, we finished the year 3.3 points above brand average…contacting Heart of the House was one of the best decisions I could have made for this hotel.
