Our site manager, Jose Alejandro, has developed an exceptional relationship between Hyatt and Heart of the House. He is consistently accessible and offers solutions for the hotel whenever necessary.

My account managers Alejandra and Valentina are fabulous to work with. They are able to fill any open position quickly and with the right person which is not easy at all in any market. They are also great at showing appreciation to the staff to keep them motivated. They truly care about the hotels they work with and the staff that they employ. Working with Heart of House Hospitality has made my job so much easier.

Heart of House and Paulina Echavarri were both vital to the success of our hotel operations in 2020. Paulina was always responsive to our requests for additional employees, and she held her employees accountable for both their attendance and work performance. The Heart of House employees have been exceptionally hardworking and were always mindful of the added challenges that the hotel industry faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2018, prior to the start of Heart of the House, we finished the year 4.8 points lower than the brand average in our cleanliness of rooms scores. In 2019, two months after Heart of the House started with us, our scores jumped 10 points. In 2020, we finished the year 3.3 points above brand average…contacting Heart of the House was one of the best decisions I could have made for this hotel.

Heart of the House has provided housekeepers and housemen for my property for several years. It is a great working relationship.

Supervisors are heavily involved in day-to-day operations, planning, scheduling, and employee management, and, along with the rest of Heart of the House staff, are essential to a smooth-running operation and are looked upon as being part of the hotel family.

I love that the managers are 24/7 available to assist with the Department’s needs. I had an amazing experience with Liliana and Dylan, both have a great attitude, treat employees with respect and are ready to assist my team.

Heart of the House helps us in our success by providing caring and hardworking individuals that not only want to succeed themselves but want their companies to succeed. The employees we have from Heart of the House work well with co-workers and guests alike. The employees of Heart of the House are of great quality, and it shows in their work. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your commitment to meeting our needs this past weekend. You kept in touch with us throughout the week in regards to cancellations, and you provided extra staff for us at the last minute. This weekend was a huge deal for us and your team did AMAZING! Everyone looked sharp and stayed focused during the most elaborate dinner service we’ve ever executed. The hotel leadership team and ownership were very impressed! 

I am always able to reach the Heart of the House team and work through any staffing concerns we may have. I have worked with Alex, Alicia and Joshua.
