Heart of House and Paulina Echavarri were both vital to the success of our hotel operations in 2020. Paulina was always responsive to our requests for additional employees, and she held her employees accountable for both their attendance and work performance. In 2018, prior to the start of Heart of the House, we finished the year 4.8 points lower than the brand average in our cleanliness of rooms scores.
