An Office Custom-Tailored to Hospitality Talent Needs
In 2022, staffing shortages emerged as a major concern for a majority of hotels, as highlighted by findings from The American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA). A staggering 97% of AHLA’s hotel members grappled with staffing challenges, with 58% facing the specific hurdle of securing adequate housekeeping staff.
