Heart of the House is excited to announce the promotion of Tiffany Solis to Market Manager, Detroit! Tiffany is approaching her 5-year anniversary with Heart of the House and has proven herself to be an all-around staffing superstar.
Starting as a recruiter, she quickly became our Detroit team’s talent magnet, consistently attracting stand-out housekeeping teams for our hotel clients.
However, when property managers gave us feedback on Tiffany, it wasn’t just her recruiting abilities they cherished. She listened to their needs, stayed in constant contact, and delivered on her promises. It was a level of service many had never experienced in a staffing provider.
Promoting her to Account Manager was a no-brainer, and she immediately shined in the role. Not every staffing professional connects equally well with hiring managers and talent. Tiffany has that gift. When she visits a client property, she spends extra time with our associates, bringing them treats and acknowledging their hard work. Clients appreciate her presence, and they trust and value her expertise.
