The National team, lead by National Business Development Manager, Adrian Gomez and National Special Projects Manager, Nelkar Pereira, acted as the engine, flying in to keep things running, while the local team, familiar with Austin’s unique needs and workforce, worked to ensure every shift was filled with the right talent. Together, they fine-tuned every aspect of staffing, from recruitment to training, ensuring that everyone was ready to meet the high expectations of such a prestigious event.
