Heart of the House Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant for a full-time hotel housekeeping role. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience through clean, well-prepared rooms.

Schedule: Includes weekends; day/morning shifts

Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards each shift
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bath amenities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces and furniture
- Review daily room assignments including arrivals and departures
- Monitor and request supplies needed for daily assignments
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate team
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with lost-and-found items
- Adhere to all hotel security and safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience
- Familiarity with commercial/industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to follow brand standards and meet performance benchmarks
