Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all assigned guest rooms and common areas
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces thoroughly
- Replenish bath care products and amenities
- Conduct room inspections and report any damages or maintenance needs
- Respond to guest requests and queries in a professional manner
- Follow all hotel safety and security protocols
- Complete all assigned rooms to standard before end of shift
Requirements:
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience required
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Availability to work weekends
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Reliable and punctual
