The Safety First Spotlight: Wilson Correa, Account Manager



Today, we’re shining the Safety First Spotlight on Wilson Correa, Baltimore, Maryland Account Manager and Trust Ambassador for Heart of the House.

Wilson is dedicated to supporting our associates and clients. He routinely works onsite at properties to manage our associates, conduct training, and make sure PPE and COVID-19 safety procedures are followed.

How long have you worked for Heart of the House?

I have been working with the company for one year and three months.

What is your favorite thing about working at Heart of the House?

Heart of the House is not just another staffing company. We offer opportunities to our associates to belong to a team and we take care of them. The quality working relationship we create together fulfills both our and our clients’ objectives.

What do you love most about supporting the hospitality and healthcare industries?

Hospitality: What I love most is working with my team because we are passionate about what we do. Our team is committed to serving our clients and guests. We are part of the guest experience, and we not only provide exceptional service, we make them feel at home.

Healthcare: During Covic-19 we have been supporting two response centers from Prince George’s County. I love the reward of supporting and caring for our clients and patients during their moment of need.


How are you helping our hospitality associates and clients?

I am focused on our associates’ safety inspections every day. Also, following each one of them to make sure they follow recommended COVID-19 safety protocols. I continually remind our clients that we are here to support and serve them as Heart of The House always does.

What does People First | Safety First mean to you?

For me, it means to remember each day that Heart of The House differs from other staffing companies. Our priority is our associates and we take care of them as a family.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

I want to thank my colleagues for sharing their experiences and professionalism with me each day. Also, I would like to share something that I have learned with them: Other companies spend time making things right, but Heart of The House is about making people feel great. We truly put people first.
