Responsibilities:
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust
- Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)
- Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, departures, and supplies
- Report maintenance needs and technical issues promptly
- Address guest queries and assist with requests
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by end of shift
- Follow hotel security and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Work experience in housekeeping required
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Ability to work independently while meeting high performance standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
