Rose has over 14 years of hospitality industry experience with a specialty in managed housekeeping. Before joining Heart of the House, she served as the Executive Housekeeping Manager for multiple properties in Golden, Colorado. Here, her passion and talent for recruiting top-level hospitality teams grew along with her success.
Desiring to help more general managers build quality housekeeping teams, she sought an opportunity in hospitality staffing. Rose was introduced to Heart of the House, and after meeting our team, she knew her career had a new home.
As our Denver Market Manager, and more recently, District Manager for Colorado, Rose has been a beacon of staffing expertise for both her teams and our clients. Her commitment to helping others is evident in how she cares for our associates and her willingness to help her coworkers grow and succeed.
