Our company earned ClearyRated’s Best of Staffing Employee Satisfaction Award for 2022! We are proud of this accomplishment, as it is a testament to our commitment to putting people first.
How Did We Win?
Clearyrated, the leader in service quality research, surveys staffing firms to determine which ones have the highest employee satisfaction. To win Clearlyrated’s Best of Staffing Employee Satisfaction Award, firms must earn an Employee Net Promoter Score of 50% or better (anything higher than 30% is excellent). Heart of the House’s E(Employee)NPS score is 89.2%, which puts our employee satisfaction results in the “world class” category.

In 2022, we won another award—Clearlyrated’s Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction. While they are separate awards, a critical element ties them together: our people. Without happy employees, we could not provide the exceptional service our clients and their guests expect from Heart of the House. Here are two results from the ENPS survey that stand out:
