The hotel approached Heart of the House about outsourcing food and beverage staffing and management. Heart of the House would provide all recruiting, screening, and hiring as well as on-site management of staff.

The hotel was able to regain focus on their guests and became top ranked within their brand for guest satisfaction. Heart of the House provides 80 to 100 associates a week in positions touching almost all hotel functions. These positions include F&B management, restaurant management, chefs, front-desk representatives, in-room dining, spa assistants, and human resources. Heart of the House also provides servers for seasonal events.
