Ricardo was nominated by Regional Director, Raquel Castrillon, for his leadership in the Cincinnati market, and his dedication to keeping our associates, clients and guests safe.
How long have you worked for Heart of the House?
13 months.
What is your favorite thing about working at Heart of the House?
The ability to directly impact communities by helping them secure gainful employment in an industry that provides individuals much needed flexibility and a sense of fulfillment for a job well done.
What do you love most about supporting the hospitality industry?
That it makes it possible for individuals with diverse backgrounds and evolving aspirations to support a key sector of the economy.
How are you helping our hospitality associates and clients?
We give our associates the support and training they need to succeed in their roles.
How are you working with hotel management to ensure safety for staff and guests?
By maintaining and fostering open communication channels that make it possible for me to understand what challenges need to be quickly addressed and solved. During COVID-19, ensuring the appropriate provision of PPP and information that is relevant and useful to the associates is the perfect example.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Heart of the House, as a company, understands the key connection that exists between their bottom line and the quality of relationships and support that needs to be offered to their employees.
