What Sets Us Apart?
ClearyRated extensively surveys staffing firms to determine which ones have the highest employee satisfaction. To win ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Award, firms must earn a Net Promoter Score of 50% or better (anything higher than 30% is considered excellent). Heart of the House’s Employee NPS score is 68%! A result that comes from prioritizing what’s most important: caring for people.
Happy Employees Create Happy Guests
In 2023, we won another award—Clearlyrated’s Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction. While they are separate awards, a critical element ties them together: our associates. Without happy employees, we could not provide the exceptional service our clients and their guests expect from Heart of the House. Here are three results from the ENPS survey that stand out:

While our scores and percentages are noteworthy, nothing speaks louder than the direct feedback from our staff. Providing comments and testimonials was optional.
