Heart of the House recently launched our Associate Milestone Award Program. It’s our way of saying a big thank you to associates who’ve been with us for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. As part of the award, each associate receives a substantial pay bonus. The bonus amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000 for each milestone they hit, and associates can earn up to a whopping $16,000 over time!
In a unique turn of events, two pairs of Detroit associates took home double their bonus pay. Accounting mistake on our part? Nope! The two pairs of associates are married couples!
Jose Rios and his wife Consuelo Sanchez, as well as Esteban Dominguez and his spouse Leticia Patino, have been valued members of the Heart of the House family for over five years. We were thrilled to surprise these exceptional couples by presenting them with two separate $1,000 checks each, acknowledging their dedication to delivering incredible guest experiences at Detroit properties.
As married couples, they understand the significance of teamwork and collaboration. Witnessing them share the spotlight and celebrate their well-deserved milestone awards and bonuses together was a heartwarming moment.
