Today, we’re shining the Safety First Spotlight on Jonathan Perez, Indianapolis Market Manager and Trust Ambassador for Heart of the House.
Jonathan began working for Heart of the House as an associate and quickly became a client favorite. His passion for service and teamwork eventually earned him a staff position, and he is now an indispensable member of our Market Management Team. Jonathan leads by example, and can often be found working alongside our housekeepers ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
How long have you worked for Heart of the House?
I have been working with the company for seven years—three years as an associate working at one of our partner’s properties—and four years as part of the Heart of the House staffing team.
What is your favorite thing about working at Heart of the House?
The day to day interaction with our associates and clients. Providing support to our associates and great quality and customer service to the hotels we serve.
What do you love most about supporting the hospitality industry?
The reward of seeing our partners and associates achieve their goals as we support each other.
How are you helping our hospitality associates?
Helping our associates is our top priority. Our team takes care of them and earns their trust. We treat every associate like family. And because of this, they are very loyal to Heart of the House. I strive to put people and safety first every day. That’s the Heart of the House way!
Is there anything else you would like to share?
I’m thankful to work for a company that puts the well-being of employees first. Year to year, the CEO, John Taylor, show us the big heart he has. From our leadership to my teammates in the field, putting people first is truly at the heart of everything we do!
